Website content
Service descriptions, workflows, articles and capability visuals provide general information. They do not guarantee a price, schedule, accuracy level, compression ratio or runtime result for a specific project.
Project scope
Before work begins, the parties should confirm source data, asset scope, accuracy and detail, hierarchy, coordinates, materials, formats, runtime environment, acceptance and revision workflow. Unconfirmed work is not included by default.
Client-provided materials
The provider of drawings, photos, scans, BIM, models, marks or other content must have the right to share them and identify confidentiality, storage and third-party restrictions. Source quality may limit achievable results.
Acceptance and changes
Acceptance should follow the agreed manifest and testable criteria. Changes to scope, revisions, purpose or target platform require review of effort, schedule and delivery impact.
Intellectual property
Website copy, design and original capability visuals may not be copied for commercial promotion without permission. Rights in project output, source files, third-party material and pre-existing tools follow the specific project agreement.
Responsibility
Models should be used only for their agreed purpose and validated environment. Engineering, construction, safety, measurement or other high-risk decisions require independent review by appropriately qualified people using the original evidence.
