Frequently asked questions

Why does a photogrammetry scene load slowly?

Common causes include oversized tiles, weak hierarchy, excessive textures, incorrect geometric error and ineffective server caching.

Can OSGB be converted to 3D Tiles?

Yes, but coordinates, hierarchy, textures, empty nodes and tile boundaries must also be reviewed.

Can individual buildings be selected?

A separate boundary, proxy or index layer is normally required because the original reality mesh is continuous.

Can every hole and texture defect be repaired?

Priority areas can be improved, but missing or heavily occluded source imagery limits what can be reconstructed reliably.
